Incline Village Recreation Center Open to VisitorsOct 23, 2006
The Incline Village Recreation Center also offers Certified Massage Therapy. Massage Therapy can help reduce stress, lower blood pressure, increase circulation as well as aid in the reduction and recovery of injury. Swedish massages are available for $35 for half of an hour, $60 for one hour and $85 for one and a half hours. Deep tissue massages are available for $45 for half of an hour, $70 for one hour and $95 for one and a half hours. Chair and Table mini-massages are $1 per minute, 10 minute minimum. Please call the Recreation Center for hours and reservations. Daily passes to the Recreation Center are $8 for children age six – 12, $11 for students age 13 – 23, $14 for adults age 19 – 59, and $12 for seniors age 60 or older. Students age 19 – 23 must show a valid school ID to receive a discounted rate. Weekly memberships are also available. Children must be at least 12 years old to use cardio equipment, and at least 14 years old to use strength training equipment. Free fitness assistance is offered Monday – Friday from 9 – 11am. For more specialized training, professional personal trainers are available by appointment. Fees are subject to trainer certifications.
