Call the reservation service at (866) 925-4653 - staffed 7days a week, 8:30 am - 5 pm

Call the golf shops at (775) 832-1150 (Mountain Course) or (775) 832-1146 (Championship Course). Both shops can book tee times for both courses.
Need a specific tee time on a specific date?
Call or book online up to 90 days in advance.
There will be a fee for being the early bird ~ Residents $10 and Non-Residents $15.
Are you flexible and don’t want to pay an advance fee?
Call or book online up to 2 weeks in advance.
Here are some helpful hints:
Call the golf shop EXACTLY 14 days in advance in the morning
Unless there is a group or club event there is a good chance you will get the time you want.
Call the golf shop 7 days in advance
Tournament or Group outings, by contract, must return unfilled tee times to the golf course 7 days in advance.
Call the golf shop 3 days in advance
The Clubs are allocated 23% of the tee times in advance. Unfilled Club tee times have to be returned to the golf course 72 hours in advance.
Day of Stand-by list
Playing as a single? We usually have several openings during the day for anyone who is patient and can spend some time putting and hitting balls before starting their round.
